We currently ship within the United States only.

Free shipping applies to qualifying Standard Shipping orders. Express Shipping remains a paid option, including for orders of $39.00 USD or more.

Estimated delivery for Standard Shipping and Free Standard Shipping is 10–20 business days after dispatch. Please review our Shipping Policy for the delivery estimate applicable to Express Shipping.

Available shipping methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, holidays, or transportation disruptions.

If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you regarding an appropriate resolution. We will obtain your agreement before substituting a different item. If the affected item is cancelled after payment, we will issue the applicable refund.

If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, contact service@nuvyrenn.com with your order number so we can investigate and assist.

7. Order Information and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details before completing payment.

Please ensure that your:

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before shipment. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has started.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order Cancellation

Contact service@nuvyrenn.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Cancellation depends on the order’s current status and cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment preparation has started.

If we successfully cancel your entire order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid, including any shipping fee, to your original payment method.

Orders that have already shipped generally need to follow our return process after delivery.

180-Day Free Returns

You may request a return for an eligible product within 180 calendar days after delivery.

Our 180-day free return service applies to eligible United States orders, whether you selected Free Standard Shipping, Standard Shipping, or Express Shipping.

For change-of-mind or personal-preference returns, products must be unused and in their original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and included materials where applicable. An order number or other valid proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products are reviewed separately. The unused-condition requirement does not prevent you from reporting these issues.

Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide the appropriate return address and a prepaid return label or another return shipping arrangement paid for by nuvyrenn.

Do not send returns to our business registration address unless our support team specifically instructs you to do so.

We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

Refund Amounts and Timing

For eligible returns, refunds include the amount paid for the returned items and applicable taxes.

For personal-preference returns, original outbound shipping fees are not refundable once the delivery service has been provided, except where applicable laws require otherwise. Eligible return shipping remains free.

If a return results from our fulfillment error or a qualifying product defect, the refund will also include any original shipping charges attributable to the affected items.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved cancellations and refunds that do not require a return are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
