This policy explains our return eligibility requirements, free return service, refund process, and order cancellation procedures.

1. Return Period

You may request a return for an eligible product within 180 calendar days after delivery.

Our 180-day free return service applies to eligible orders delivered within the United States, regardless of whether you selected:

  • Free Standard Shipping;

  • Standard Shipping;

  • Express Shipping.

Please submit your request within the return period and follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team.

Requests submitted after 180 calendar days may not qualify under this voluntary return policy. This does not affect your rights under applicable laws.

2. Conditions for Returns

For change-of-mind or personal-preference returns:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Original packaging, accessories, and included materials must be returned where applicable.

  • You must provide an order number or other valid proof of purchase.

  • Your return request must be submitted within 180 calendar days after delivery.

The unused-condition requirement applies to personal-preference returns. It does not prevent you from reporting products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their descriptions.

The 180-day return period is not a product trial period or a guarantee of specific results.

3. How to Request a Return

  • The reason for your request;

  • Photos or videos showing a reported issue, where relevant and available.

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address and arrangements for free return shipping.

Please contact us before arranging or paying for return shipping so we can organize the return at no cost to you.

4. Return Address

Our business registration address is not an authorized return address unless our support team specifically instructs you to use it.

After your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions.

The return location may differ from the business address listed in this policy.

5. Free Return Shipping

Change-of-Mind and Personal-Preference Returns

nuvyrenn covers return shipping costs for eligible returns requested within 180 calendar days after delivery, including returns due to a change of mind or an incorrect product selection made by the customer.

We will provide a prepaid return label or another return shipping arrangement paid for by nuvyrenn. Please follow the instructions provided by our support team to use this service.

This free return service applies to eligible United States orders placed using Free Standard Shipping, Standard Shipping, or Express Shipping.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact:

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or videos where available.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, authorized return, or shipment of missing items.

You will not be charged return shipping or additional delivery costs necessary to correct our fulfillment error or a qualifying product defect.

6. Restocking Fees

nuvyrenn does not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

7. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible:

Include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

Cancellation depends on the order’s current status and cannot be guaranteed once processing, fulfillment, packing, or shipment preparation has started.

If we successfully cancel your entire order before shipment, we will refund the amount paid, including any shipping fee, to your original payment method.

Orders that have already shipped generally cannot be cancelled. You may request an eligible return after delivery under this policy.

This section does not affect cancellation rights provided by applicable laws.

8. Refund Amount and Processing

After receiving and inspecting an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision. If a refund is declined, we will explain the reason.

For an eligible return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned items, including applicable taxes, to the original payment method.

For personal-preference returns, original outbound Standard or Express Shipping fees are not refundable once the delivery service has been provided, except where applicable laws require otherwise. Return shipping remains free.

If the return results from our fulfillment error or a qualifying product defect, the refund will also include any original shipping charges attributable to the affected items.

Approved return refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved cancellations and refunds that do not require a return are generally processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

9. Refund Not Received

If your refund has not appeared within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check the account associated with your original payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider to confirm whether the refund is pending.

  3. If you still need assistance, contact service@nuvyrenn.com.

Please include your order number, refund confirmation details if available, and the refund amount.

Do not send complete payment card numbers or card security codes by email.

nuvyrenn currently ships within the United States only.

Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude processing time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Our 180-day free return service applies to eligible United States orders regardless of the shipping method selected.

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
